They told me there was a 7 day schedule for deliveries.....and then. They delivered it 24 hours after I ordered the dock! Not only that, but where I have to put my dock requires getting it down a steep slope. I told them just to put the dock on the front lawn and we'd get it down ourselves. Not only did they deliver early, the brought it down the slope! Trailside rocks!

What can I say, here is a family owned and operated business where they know you by name! They took me under their wings when I first started plowing showing me the ropes and how to maintain my gear. When the old truck was acting up they made it run like new. When it was time for a new truck they did their best to find parts to move the old plow over but old is outdated sometimes. They took great care of me in getting a new plow at a great rate. Installation was on time and done correctly. When a part failed, replaced and fixed no charge and on time! When I needed to bring gear in and didn't have a way to, hey use our trailer. When my new truck was hit in the off season and my mounts were bent, had my repair estimates the same day and broken down by part. Heck I had to take the truck to them after taking it back to the DEALERSHIP cause the fudged up the wiring TWICE! They even saved me some money by fixing the push plates so I didn't have to buy new ones.
